It polishes the ancestry file and eliminates any spurious local ancestry assignments How to run it? java -jar LPDtools.jar PolishPosicle -i ancestryFile -n blockSize Here, -i is the ancestry file generated using the utility POPSICLEIntermediate and -n is the block size.
