It arranges the ancestries such that samples belonging to the same cluster are together. How to run it? java -jar LPDtools.jar ArrangePopsicleByClustersFormed -i polishedPopsicleFile -o PolishedArrangedPopsicleFile -j ClustersFile Here, -i is the ancestry file generated using the utility POPSICLEIntermediate and polished using the utility PolishPopsicle and -j is the clusters file generated using the utility PerformKmeansClustering Output Similar to the ancestry file generated by the utility POPSICLEIntermediate |
